The usage of industrial grade ball screw-based Z-Axis ensure the stable and smooth operation of the platform along the Z-axis with accurate positioning and eliminate the layer lines caused during printing.
Industrial UHD LED DLP Light Engine
UHD resolution, denser pixel distribution and higher printing precision than normal DLP 3D printers. All glass optics, zero offset projection and light source design optimization provide more crisp layer images when compared to normal DLP Projectors. Unique optical control system provides overall light engine life of more than 30000 hours. Uniform, efficient and stable light intensity output makes sure that there are no variations in model dimensions.
DLP technology provide considerably higher optical intesity and uniformity, resulting in much faster and acurate output in comparions to LCD 3D Printers.
HD Touchscreen
DigiFabb-Razor is equipped with a 7inch HD capacitive touchscreen, making it easy for operator to interact with the machine.
