1. Application Submission

Every application is reviewed by our team with attention to skills, experience, and alignment with the role.
2. Initial Screening & Skill Assessment
Shortlisted candidates move into the interview stage, which may include:
- Phone, video, or in-person interviews (depending on role and location)
- A preliminary skill assessment relevant to the position
- Evaluation of problem-solving ability and practical knowledge
This stage helps us understand your technical strengths and professional background.
3. Culture & Values Alignment
Beyond skills, we strongly value how individuals work, think, and collaborate.
This stage focuses on:
- Compatibility with DigiFabb’s work culture and core values
- Approach to customer service, ownership, and teamwork
- Open discussion about expectations from both sides

4. Final Discussions & Selection
For shortlisted candidates:
- Compensation, growth path, and onboarding plans are clarified
- One or more final interviews may be conducted
- Role responsibilities, expectations, and timelines are discussed in detail
5. Document Verification & Job Offer
Once a final decision is made:
- Next steps for joining are communicated clearly
- Required documents are verified
- A formal job offer is shared with selected candidates
