Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-consistent designs across digital and print platforms. The role supports marketing and branding initiatives by translating campaign requirements into high-quality creatives delivered within defined timelines.

1. Create visually appealing graphics for:

• Social media posts and ads.
• Website banners and digital assets.
• Brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
• Work on branding projects, layouts, and promotional creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and maintain brand consistency.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and campaign performance needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely delivery of creatives as per campaign deadlines.
• Quality and visual consistency of designs with brand guidelines.
• Engagement metrics on digital creatives (likes, shares, CTR, etc.).
• Number of revisions required per creative (lower revisions = higher effectiveness)

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design (experience level can be adjusted)
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work

• Proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding
• Ability to translate concepts into impactful visual designs
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Time management and ability to work under deadlines
